Returns & Refunds

Our products have been carefully selected to meet your dog’s needs to the highest standard. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 working days from the date you receive your parcel.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • Clean and free from hair or odors

  • Complete with all original tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized items: Any custom-made or personalized products (names, special measurements, etc.)

  • Sale items or free gifts

  • E-Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers

  • Brushes/combs for hygienic purposes

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

In some countries, we may be able to arrange collection through our courier service. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

4. Refund Procedure

Once the returned item has been received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions listed above.

You will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
