WHAT ENTERS DIXY’S
01
We evaluate how products interact with movement,
pressure, coat condition and everyday use — before how they photograph.
03
We consider shoulder freedom, pressure distribution, neck
sensitivity and natural gait before a product earns its place in the store.
02
We study how materials affect breathability, friction,
matting and daily comfort — beyond first impressions and marketing language.
04
“SLS-free / silicone-free” does not mean gentle.
We analyse formulations beyond marketing language,
focusing on skin balance, coat wellbeing and ingredient function.

THE CRITERION
Durable, waterproof and easy to manage in everyday life, Biothane has become one of the most widely used alternatives for leads and walking accessories. But what makes it so practical in real-world use?
THE FOUNDER
Pet Wellness Consultant
DIXY’S began with one simple question: why were so many products designed for dogs without truly considering the dog?
After observing how certain ingredients, fabrics and product structures negatively affected my own dogs, I stopped relying on marketing claims and began analysing products more critically.
DIXY’S was created to help dog parents navigate beyond trends, confusion and overwhelming choice — through thoughtful selection grounded in genuine canine wellbeing.
