Why can’t I find your products on online marketplaces?

Our selection starts with the ability to understand and follow how a product is made.

We work only with brands that share our approach: attention to materials, construction, and the dog’s real well-being. This requires transparency and a direct relationship with the manufacturer — conditions that are difficult to maintain on online marketplaces, where sales models are necessarily volume-driven.

For this reason, you won’t find products chosen simply because they are widely available or easy to sell, but items that meet a precise set of criteria.

In some cases, we may include products from larger manufacturers, but only when we believe they are genuinely beneficial and aligned with our standards.
