How do I place an order?

Placing an order on DIXY’S is simple and quick.

1. Choose your product

Browse the categories or use the search function to find the most suitable product for your dog.

On each product page, you’ll find the information you need to make an informed choice.

2. Add to cart

Select any available options, such as size or variant, and click “Add to cart”.

You can continue browsing or proceed directly to checkout.

3. Go to checkout

From your cart, click “Checkout” to complete your order.

4. Enter your details

Fill in the required information:

• shipping address
• delivery method
• payment method

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, using secure and protected systems.

5. Confirm your order

Review your details and confirm the payment.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order summary.
