Returns, Exchanges and Refund policy

Our products have been carefully selected to satisfy your pet’s needs 100%. Should you, however, not be satisfied with your purchase, the return, exchange and refund policy is as follows:

  • retrun item(sI within 14 working days of receiving the package;
  • all items must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged;
  • all items must be unused, undamaged and in perfect conditions with tags.

What items cannot be returned or refunded?
Promotional items, free gifts and E-Card items; or any personalised item.

What are the charges for returns?
Delivery costs are charged to the customer.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will inform you by email of approval or rejection of refund;
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and you will be accredited on the original payment method, within 10 working days.

Delivery
Items IN STOCK are shipped within 2-3 working days.
Since all our items are realised by hand, they can take up to 3 weeks to produce.

Delivery times:
Italy: 24/48 hours, and up to 72 hours in remote areas.
Europe and international: 5 -7 working days

Shipping fees:

  • Italy: Free shipping fees
  • Europe and International: Shipping fee varies according to geographical location and is calculated before checkout.

Customs and import duties:
Customs, duties and any additional costs required upon delivery are borne by the customer.
