Product features
There are two rows of easy-to-use snap buttons down the front allowing for a more comfortable fit. There are no sleeves on the coat to allow your dog to walk and run naturally without constraints. The coat has been designed “on dogs” to suit their shape. The armholes are slightly larger for proper leg movement, thus making it also easy to put on and take off.
The lining is in a cream bouclé 100% PL. It is a durable and moisture-resistant fabric which retains its shape and dries quickly. Bouclé is a type of looped yarn. This gives the fabric excellent insulating properties to keep your pet warm and dry.
For those who use harnesses for their pets, you’ll find an almost invisible slit for the harness to fit through comfortably. If your pet wears a collar, you can close this slit with the internal flap and you won’t see anything from the outside.

Fun Fact
Coats in tweed are well-known for their elegance and style. They have been worn over the centuries by ladies and gentleman from all corners of the world. Tweed is a woven fabric made from wool and wool blends; it comes in many different patterns such as Herringbone or fishbone. It is seems to originate from Scotland, while the herringbone pattern which adorns our coat, appears to have roots in Ancient Rome, thus the name chosen for our Haute Pawture collection.
PRODUCT CARE
This coat is made in real wool blend and should be dry cleaned only at low temperature. However, you can also hand-wash it in cold water with a neutral detergent. Do not soak. Rinse under running water, wring gently and lie flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR DOG
A = Back length
B = Chest circumference
C = Neck circumference
- Put your pet in a standing position (see diagram);
- Take a seamstress measuring tape;
- Measure the length of back (A) from the shoulder blades, (slightly below the neck/nape of the neck) to just before the tail;
- Next the chest circumference (B): measure from just below the shoulder blades, and go right round to reach the other side to meet the starting position. This is just above the rib-cage.
- Finally the neck circumference (C): start measure from the base of the neck (nape) and go right round to reach the other side to meet the starting position.
