Description
Cold and windy weather can make outdoor walks uncomfortable for many dogs, especially when winter coats feel heavy or restrict movement.
The Techno puffer dog coat is designed to provide reliable insulation while maintaining freedom of movement. The outer shell is made from a holographic recycled polyester fabric, which helps shield the body from wind and light moisture while remaining lightweight. Inside, a zebra-pattern faux-fur lining provides soft insulation that feels gentle against the coat.
Unlike bulky winter jackets, this model follows the dog’s natural body shape. The sleeveless construction and wider arm openings allow natural leg movement during walks. Two rows of front snap buttons help adjust the fit, while the removable cape allows the coat to adapt to different weather conditions.
Result: consistent warmth, comfortable movement, and a coat that remains stable during winter walks.

Textile Heritage
Eddie Bauer is credited with inventing the well-known down jacket (also called “puffy” or puffer coat) in 1936 after he nearly died of hypothermia on his way home from a fishing trip. This experience inspired him to create a diamond-quilted jacket filled with goose down feathers, which remains popular today. However, centuries before this, Inuit tribes in Alaska and Canada had already used similar systems, wearing clothes made from skin, fur, and feathers to protect themselves from harsh temperatures. Regardless, we are grateful to both for contributing such a useful item of clothing that we cannot do without and more importantly, thanks to today’s technology we can enjoy these warm down-free jackets while saving the lives of many geese and ducks.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR DOG’S MEASUREMENTS
A = Back length
B = Chest circumference
C = Neck circumference
Place your dog in a standing position (see diagram).
Use a soft measuring tape.
Back length (A)
Measure from the shoulder blades (just below the neck) to the point where the tail begins.
Chest circumference (B)
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, passing around the rib cage until the tape meets the starting point.
Neck circumference (C)
Measure around the base of the neck, where a collar would normally sit, bringing the tape around until it meets the starting point.
