?) My dog has some allergies. Can I use it on him?
A) The principal ingredients are Essential oils of Tea Tree and Sage. If he is allergic to any of these ingredients then no, you cannot use it on him.
?) How often can I use the spray?
A) We recommend using it after coming home from every walk because it cleanses, purifies and kills bacteria and fungi.
?) My dog always licks her paws! Is it safe for her if I use the spray?
A) It would be best if she doesn’t lick the spray off because else it won’t purify and cleanse her paws as it should. But it isn’t harmful. We obviously don’t recommend it!
?) Can I use it before I take my dog out on the snow?
A) Yes, you can but it doesn’t protect her from low temperatures. However, if you use it when you return from your walk in the snow, then it will soothe the paws from the cold weather.
?) Can I use this spray for my cat too?
A) No, unfortunately not as it isn’t suitable for cats because it contains Tea Tree Oil.
?) It’s very hot nowadays where we are. Is it ok if I spray it on my dogs before and after we return from our walks?
A) Absolutely yes! Although it will help soothe redness from the heat, it does not protect from very hot temperatures so we highly recommend walking your dogs only in the cool hours. And yes, definitely use it after you return from your walks because it will cleanse, soothe and purify their paws as well as kill bacteria and fungi under the nails.
?) After my walkies my hooman washes my paws with soap and water. After that she can spray it already? Or does she have to stop soap and water and just spray the paws? Will it also remove dirt and black grime from our walkies?
A) Soap and water is ok provided it is neutral soap (pH 5.0). If your paws are muddy, then all you need is to first remove excess dirt with a damp cloth or a wipe and then spray this product on your paws. You can also spray directly on dirty paws and remove excess dirt with a paper towel and the respray to soothe your paws and kill any bacteria or fungi under your nails.
